Delivery times:
Delivery times apply to products in stock. These delivery times are indicative and will be longer around holidays and in December. Check the product page to see if a product is in stock. The large packages are shipped on Tuesday and Thursday therefore the delivery time may vary slightly. 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We strive to ship products that are in stock within 2 days. Some products are not standard on stock and have a longer delivery time. The delivery time can be found on the product page.
We ship the order as soon as it is complete.
We calculate the shipping costs and the possible carriers according to the size and weight of the package. With the exception of large packages, which are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Drop off permission:
Some suppliers offer "drop permission". We do not recommend this. Once you choose this, your rights are waived. The supplier then waives all responsibilities such as damage to the package or loss of it. This means we can no longer do anything with it and it is entirely your own risk.

Delivery to the United Kingdom:
We have a UK VAT number and ship to the UK with DHL, UPS or TNT. As a customer, you are responsible for your own customs clearance fees and import VAT for our shipments to the UK.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes you certainly can, you can choose pick up at Go In Style in Lopik in the shipping options at checkout. This is always free of charge. Our customer service will contact you when your package is ready.
You can pick up your order at our warehouse "De Smederij" located at Lopikerweg Oost 53D, 3411 JC in Lopik.

I have entered my shipping address wrong, what now?
That can happen, as soon as you discover it the easiest thing to do is to call us right away. Then we might still be in time to change your shipping address.

I haven't received my package yet, what now?
We advise you to follow your package via the track & trace link you received. If the package is taking longer than you would normally expect please contact us!

Complaint about delivery: damaged package received.
If you receive a package with visible damage from the carrier ask the driver to make a note of the condition of your package.
If the product or package is delivered to you damaged, please notify us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
We cannot guarantee compensation if you contact us after 5 days as we can no longer hold the carrier responsible.
If you receive a damaged package, please send us the following information:

  1. Order number and delivery date
  2. Photos of the shipping box + label
  3. Photos of the products
  4. Any further relevant information

Returns:

Can I return my order?
Yes you certainly can! You can return your order:

  • Within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • If the product is in unused condition / undamaged.
  • If it is not a custom made item - such as.
  • Custom sun visor
  • Custom under spoiler
  • Other custom products or products intended for a specific person.

How can I return something?
1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Always provide an order number when returning a package, for example, put an invoice or packing slip in the box.
3. Make sure your package is well packed and preferably in the original shipping box and send your package to:

Important: the costs for returning your order are for your own account. You are responsible for the product reaching us so we advise you to send registered mail.
